i am a technologist since the 1990's.  I have been given the opportunity to work on diverse topics such as neural networks, heuristic solutions for np-complete problems, commercialization of enterprise software and the tsunami of gen ai.

i am currently a board advisor to ithought, cognatize and rule 5, while also providing expert advice to ceos, cmos and coos, as well as strategy consulting firms such as mck, booz, bain and bcg.

in my free time I like to ride mountain bikes, hike in the wilderness, ride bicycles in general, play the guitar and take one of my dogs for walks (the other is too lazy).  my wife is happily retired and I take pride in the educational and extracurricular achievements and interests (photography, equestrian, soccer and physical fitness) of my daughter and son.   based on my availability, i also take on portrait commissions.  i hope you enjoy my style and some of my portfolio.   i broadly specialize in portraits and some abstracts.
